SHIPPING ON UK ORDERS
We offer Free Shipping on all orders. Tracking will be provided for all orders, you will be sent an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can see where your freezeframe order is at all times.

In fact, we are so certain that you will love freezeframe, that we offer this risk-free guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, as long as you have used the product in accordance with the instructions, you may request a refund within 30 days of the order date on the packing slip. To ensure a timely refund, please contact Customer Care by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason why you are dissatisfied with your purchase to obtain a Reference Number. A return will not be accepted without a Reference Number.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you ship via express post or registered mail. freezeframe is not liable for packages lost during shipping. freezeframe will process your refund via the original purchase method within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Please be advised that we cannot process refund for product purchased via other retail channels.
