We offer Free Shipping on all orders. Tracking will be provided for all orders, you will be sent an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can see where your freezeframe order is at all times.

RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase on www.freeze-frame.uk. We value you as a member of the freezeframe family and strive to meet your expectations with the products and service we provide. In fact, we are so certain that you will love freezeframe, that we offer this risk-free guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, as long as you have used the product in accordance with the instructions, you may request a refund within 30 days of the order date on the packing slip. To ensure a timely refund, please contact Customer Care by emailing customercare@freeze-frame.uk with the reason why you are dissatisfied with your purchase to obtain a Reference Number. A return will not be accepted without a Reference Number nor without the purchased item(s).

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you ship via express post or registered mail. freezeframe is not liable for packages lost during shipping. freezeframe will process your refund via the original purchase method within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
